Frequently asked questions
What does a subscription include?
A subscription gives you a monthly book quota and unlocks all premium editing fields (series, language, year, publisher, tags, description). Optimal and Pro plans also include batch processing.
How is the quota spent?
One book is charged each time you click "Convert" or "Save" in the editor. In batch mode, one book is used per file. The quota resets to the plan amount on each renewal — unused books don't carry over.
How does sending to Kindle work?
After processing, enter your Kindle email address (e.g. yourname@kindle.com). We send the file to that address via email — Amazon picks it up and delivers it to your device over Wi-Fi the next time it connects. For delivery to work, you need to add our sending address to the approved senders list in your Amazon account (Settings → Personal Document Settings → Approved Personal Document E-mail List). The exact address to whitelist is shown in the send form.
